1. Product Information and Accuracy

We strive to display our furniture as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of the materials we use:

• Natural Variations: Products made from wood, leather, or stone may have natural variations in grain, color, and texture. These are not defects but unique characteristics of the piece.
• Colors: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate to the physical fabric or finish.
• Dimensions: All measurements provided are approximate. Please ensure the furniture will fit through your doorways, hallways, and into the intended space before ordering.

2. Orders and Pricing

• Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Custom Orders: Made-to-order or customized furniture pieces cannot be canceled once production has begun.

3. Payments

We accept major credit cards and mobile money payments (including M-Pesa).

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for standard items.

For custom or bespoke items, an upfront deposit of 50% is required, with the balance due before delivery.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Access: It is your responsibility to ensure our delivery team has clear access to the designated room. If a piece cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, you may be subject to additional redelivery or cancellation fees.
• Inspection Upon Delivery: You or a designated representative must be present to receive the delivery. You must inspect the furniture upon arrival. Any transit damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
• Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, they are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or supply chain disruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of Primecenter Furniture and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our assets without explicit permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
